Altered Canvas with Grandma & Her Grandbabies

Hello there!

 Thought I'd sneak on here while the kiddos are watching a movie to show you what I've been working on these last couple weeks. However, I am kicking myself because for some reason,  I did not take photos of the whole process {cringe!} when making this altered canvas. Anyway...I had lots of fun creating this, and it will be a cherished keepsake for many years to come.

Grandma Chickie {1934-2000}
Left to Right: Sara {me} Laurel, Ashley (my purdy' sisters!)
My beautiful Grandma and {some of } her super cute grandbabies. Don't you just love the matching outfits?! I'm going to take a guess that this is probably 1991-92
Love you grandma!

Gold Chipboard letters; embossed using the Cuttlebug.

Walmart wood butterfly; painted white and wet embossed in gold. Stamp used: Close to My Heart ~Scrapbook Statements - Women {Page 90 in the Spring/Summer Catalogue}

Love these Prima lightbulbs! Right now you can find them over at Scrappin' Great Deals for only  $6.98!

I've also been joining some more swaps over at Swap-Bot! These are some of the creations I've made in the last couple weeks!
.
~Good Things Come to Those Who Wait...~ This was created for a Postage Stamp & Key ATC swap.

~Never Stop Dreaming~ This was just a fun ATC I tried out using my new Graphic 45 stamp I found in Michaels for $2!!

~Success is a journey, not a destination~ This one is also an ATC created for a swap due in a couple weeks. {Also for the Postage Stamp & Key swap}

Hope you all have a wonderful week! I have a day off tomorrow, so me & the hubby are going to take AJ to school and go to the Tot Spot at the gym! Can't wait! {Love when he has mid-week days off!}

~happy crafting!~
