Creative Corner Challenges - Coffee & Tea Time

Hello! I'm always up for a cuppa jo! How about you?

This week's fabulous challenge from Team Jess over at Creative Corner Challenges is Coffee & Tea Time. No sponsor this week, so anything goes!

I created a 12x12" layout for this challenge. I had one little 3x3" photo that I was dying to use from
camping last summer! Coffee made over the fire! :D I love camping, and not very often does inanimate objects get scrapped. In the words of Shimelle Laine, "scrapbook the everyday!" How cool is that? I  would love to do this more often!

My hand got a little shaky with the gold glitter, but I'm still ok with how the overall scrapbook layout turned out! I used a mix of my stash for this one! Martha Stewart glitter,  Recollection paperpack,  Mariposa paperpack, Teresa Collins sequins, Heidi Swapp PL card (love this)....my scrap stash goes on and on!

Atlantic Hearts Sketch #140

Okay, so just one more post for 2015! :D I couldn't resist!

I'm entering this sketch today from Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge as a fun little end of year page! I love it! It is my fifth child's First Christmas, and I love how the photos from his photoshoot turned out! 

I picked up a gold Recollections paper pack from Michaels at the beginning of December and the gold backdrop works well with the shine! (I love shiny things!) The sentiment is from a Project Life pack (and we all know how I love to keep packaging right? *insert sarcasm*)

Creative Corner Challenges - Animal Fun

Happy Easter Weekend Everyone! & Welcome to another awesome challenge from Creative Corner Challenges with Team Jess! We have a pretty cool sponsor this month...Stitchy Bear Stamps

So before you scroll any further, I have to admit that I am a little obsessed with Alice in Wonderland. The theme is Animal Fun this week, and I JUMPED at the opportunity to play with this digi stamp!

Who doesn't love the Cheshire Cat? Animal fun....right? OK, so I probably stretched this challenge just a wee bit farther then needed.....but hey, it's still a cat!! ;)

 I had so much fun making this banner. The supplies I used are from whatever I had kicking around. SO MANY FLOWERS! :D I should mention though, the images of the additional A.I.W characters are from the Disney Classics Cricut Cartridge.

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #76

It's Monday!

I'm back to play again! I so enjoyed creating the sketch from last week! :D You can find this week's sketch over at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #76

Now, when I first saw this challenge...that's exactly what it was....a challenge. I am not a fan of flowers. I mean, I love flowers but to scrapbook/design with them....meh....let's call it a weakness. The good thing about these challenges....(or what I've learned thus far!) is that you can look at the sketch...and make of it what you will! It's your own interpretation of how you want to use it! I love it! These challenges are also "forcing" me to create AND use up my stash! {Who isn't a craft hoarder?!}
